Scituate MA Summer Wedding
If there’s one thing about Lauren and Brendan–wait, nevermind. I was going to say: “They know how to party”. But it’s way more than just One Thing with These Two. Their wedding day was full of so many things: love, laughter, music, killer style, and a dance floor that won’t quit. Seriously - I’ve never seen a dance floor like theirs. Can someone give Maroon 5 a call, they should probably change the of ‘Moves Like Jagger’ to ‘Moves Like Lauren’.
Their wedding day was a blast from start to finish. The vibes were on, the company was excellent, the jokes were funny… and they were both so in LOVE. After a week of nothing but rain, the sun came out for them both at The River Club in Scituate, MA - making this a perfect late Summer, cusp-of-Autumn ceremony. Not too hot…not too cold… just right.
[Though it got a lil hot on the dance floor, but that’s just what Brendan and Lauren are about - and they and their posse are not shy about letting you know! The playlist was FIRE!
This was my first full wedding I photographed since Covid began, and I’m so glad theirs got to be my first back into the fray.
It reminded me why I love doing what I do - why I love love, and why I love capturing it for others.
From Louboutins on the cliffs to light-up sneaks on the dance floor…Lauren was a blast. Brendan was all the things a groom should be: charming, relaxed, in love with his bride, and down for a good headbang to Fall Out Boy while shredding the air guitar. This is love.
